4 Arrested In Cocaine Sting |

On Thursday, Tampa Police arrested 4 men as the result of a cocaine sting. According to reports, on December 19th, two men from Bradenton bought a kilogram of cocaine from an undercover detective, and offered to pay $148,000 for a total of seven in installments. Police said Serafin Mantero, 41, and Cecil Richardson, 39, returned to Tampa Thursday with two partners and money to buy the next installment of two kilograms or 4.4 pounds for $21,000. Richardson stands 6'6" and weighs 315 pounds. A co-defendant, Calvin Harris, 32, stands 6'3" tall and weighs 250 pounds. The fourth man charged, Michael Albury, 22, is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. Police seized $33,000 from the men and all 4 were charged with first-degree felony trafficking and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. |
